Yoga found Andy when she was 18 at a time when she needed to find balance and peace within herself. This helped her let go and not only find peace but to show peace and love to others. She gained confidence and positivity for herself and loves to teach others yoga, showing them how to be healthy and to move through each day with calmness, peacefulness and gentleness. Everything she has gained from yoga she wants to take and give to others every day.
